You can speak directly to a member of staff during our office hours (UK Time): 9am – 7pm Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm on a Saturday. After hours you can leave a message with our 24 answering service and we will ring you back as soon as possible.

Q2 How soon can I expect my order?
Subject to stock availability all orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. If there are any problems with stock we will contact you immediately.
We will deliver your product as quickly as possible, and to help us ensure your satisfaction delivery deadlines can be noted in the “Special Delivery Instructions” box at the Checkout stage.

Q3 I need my order urgently – what can I do?
If you are in a hurry you can select the Express Delivery option at the Checkout stage. Express Delivery guarantees depatch within 48 hours.
If you have already placed your order and forgotten to select Express Delivery or tell us your deadline please email us and we will amend your order for you. Please note that Express Delivery incurs an additional charge.

Q4 What is your Returns Policy?
If you need to return any item please enclose the despatch note that accompanied your order with your goods unworn/unused within 14 days. When sending your return please obtain a Proof of Postage certificate, in case the parcel fails to reach us. You can choose to have an exchange or a full refund. Please note ScarfCompany.com will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged. Q5 What if I don’t want to pay by credit card?
If you prefer not to make your payment online please choose the “Payment to follow” option and call us with your payment details on +44 (0)1890 860770 or send your cheque to the address above. Please make cheques payable to our parent website ScotlandShop.net and write your name and address on the back of the cheque. Payment by cheque must be made in GB Pounds Sterling.

Q6 Are my details and credit card information secure?

Q7 Can I see prices and pay in other currencies?
Prices can be viewed in GB Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. Select your currency from the drop down menu at the top right of each page and click Go. All prices will be viewed thereafter in your chosen currency.
Payment by card can also be made in your GB Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars - you can select your currency at the Checkout stage. Cheques are only accepted in GB Pounds Sterling.

Q8 Can I search by Colour?
Use the Search Box at the top right of every page – enter the colour you are searching for, click Go and all items available in that colour will be listed.

Q9 Can you send items overseas?
Yes we can send our products anywhere in the world. For standard delivery we use Airmail which takes 4-7 working days depending where you are. For Express Delivery we use Fedex and delivery takes from 2-4 working days depending where you are..
